Code of Conduct

During the contract duration, the Employee will work with full dedication for the company.

Employee will not involve in any activity which will harm the company’s business interest. The employee will not share with a direct competitor or partner any sensitive information related to a client or vendor.

Employee will treat the company’s property and assets, whether material or intangible, with respect and care. The employee will protect the company facilities and other material property from damage and vandalism, whenever possible.
Employees will show integrity and professionalism in the workplace.
During our employment with TeleNoc, Employee will undertake to adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, business ethics, and to strictly apply the company’s policy of not making any money, monetary or otherwise, to any person for the purpose of influencing a decision in favor of the company.
In case of separation (Resignation, Termination, etc.) from Goagile Technologies.

  • Employee will not join Goagile Technologies customers, partners, and the direct competitors in Saudi Arabia for 24 months from the date of separation. Partners & direct competitors include only those parties having NDA with Goagile Technologies.
  • Employee will enable the co-workers with proper training and handover so that the ongoing projects should not suffer.

Disciplinary actions:

Our company may have to take disciplinary action against employees who repeatedly or intentionally fail to follow our code of conduct. Disciplinary actions will vary depending on the violation. Possible consequences include:

  • Downgrading
  • Reprimand
  • Suspension or termination for serious offenses.
  • Detraction of benefits for a definite or indefinite time.
  • Delay in release
